About Us The Northeast Community Challenge Coalition(NECC) is the longest standing community prevention coalition in the State of Ohio, founded in 1983. The mission of the NECC is to mobilize all sectors of the community to work collaboratively in promoting healthy lifestyles for a healthy community, positive community values and positive youth development. The coalition includes representation from schools, colleges, senior services, service organizations, parents, social services, law enforcement, government, business, faith-based organizations, health organizations, youth and media. The Northeast Community Challenge Coalition's service areas include the City of Blue Ash, the City of Montgomery, Sycamore Township, and Symmes Township.
